Have a checkbox and report to show teams that have and have not signed a disclaimer/waiver plus a report that shows teams that have not signed the waiver.
This will help track legal rights for business owners

If you take advantage of our registration system teams are required to accept the terms and conditions.
Assuming you would also like to see a checkbox against a team to manually track this?
